party tent rental company and fully understands the potential and profitability
of a tent rental operation. Located in Celina, Ohio we started small
with only 6 party tents and in a short time Celina Tent Rental expanded,
regularly servicing Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan. We understand
the tent business from the simplest operations with only 2 tents to
the mega party tent companies with over 500,000 square feet of tents. |

are the manufacturer and distributor of all the products required to
run a full service party tent rental company. The tent tops and most
tent accessories are made at our state of the art Celina, Ohio facility.

| Our
tent rental and tent manufacturing divisions grew side by side until
January 2005 when we decided to sell the rental division. In early 2004
we came to the realization that our business goals were conflicting.
We operated a successful tent rental service with numerous 3-5 year contracts
servicing everything from firework retailers to weddings to fairs. On
the manufacturing end of our business we were advertising our quality
products and trying to service our dealers in the same areas we were
renting….. a customer on one side and a competitor on the other.
So in January of 2005 we decided to place our dealers interest 1st! |
